Our latest project is done! Here are the before and after pictures of 2537 Andrade Way, Sacramento, Ca. 95821. This was our most extensive flip project so far. The renovations took over eight weeks and include a completely new kitchen, new bathroom, new flooring throughout the entire home, paint inside and out, a new garage door, a new garage door opener, a new water heater, and new dual pane windows throughout. Our Past Projects:
Having been in real estate for over five years and having built a very successful Real Estate Sales business I have always had an interest in investing in real estate. During that time I have watched my peers and clients successfully flip homes and make good money doing it. My wife Kristina and I planned and prepared for nearly two years in order to start flipping homes to fund our retirement. Most of that time was spent saving funds for the capital necessary to purchase and renovate homes. Being self employed it is important to plan according for retirement. Our particular retirement plan is to flip homes and use the proceeds to purchase homes and multifamily properties to hold for rental income which will eventually be our retirement income. Every penny we make from flipping and the eventual rental income we receive will be reinvested back into purchasing more properties to hold. We plan to build a real estate portfolio which will leave a lasting legacy for our family.
