2015 is the fourth consecutive year I have been ranked in the top 10% of all local Realtors in both Placer and Sacramento Counties. I just barely missed the Masters Club my first full year in 2011. For 2015 the requirement to be in the Masters Club was $4.5M in volume with at least 8 sales. In 2015 I had $5.6M in volume with 18 sales. On top of that my wife Kristina and I also flipped 3 homes.
